Gabe’s mom sent us a microwave chip-maker for xmas. I was skeptical at first, but gave it a try the other day. Pretty good! It basically makes yummy chips without using oil! Yay, healthy!
By day I am a lowly telecom rep, workin' for the weekend along with the rest of the underprivileged world. But after work I am Dixie Kicks, a proud member of the Wicked Pissahs and the Boston Massacre roller derby teams. When I am not wearing skates, you can find me cooking up a vegan storm in the kitchen, daydreaming of North Carolina (my home, sweet home), petting my cats, planning my next adventure, looking for great vintage finds at thrift stores, spending lots of time with my boyfriend, and planning craft projects that will never be started and/or completed.
